Save the Date Deposit: $750

  • A nonrefundable down payment of $750.00 is required to secure any date. Payment will be deducted from the total balance of package. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event. Payments can be made towards balance prior to the 30 days.

Security/Cleaning Deposit: $750

Please note that prices do not include 7% sales tax. Extra charges apply for groups larger than 100.A security and cleaning deposit is due 30 days prior to the event date. If there are no damages and the facility/property is left checklist clean, $750.00 will be refunded 30 days after the event date. If there are damages, the estimated repair cost will be deducted from the refundable balance. In the event that repairs are estimated to be over the refund, the renting party is responsible for the repair/replacement cost.
