Save the Date Deposit: $750

  • A nonrefundable down payment of $750.00 is required to secure any date. Payment will be deducted from the total balance of package. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event. Payments can be made towards balance prior to the 30 days.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $450​

Please note that prices do not include 8% sales tax. A cleaning/damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the event date. $450.00 will be refunded 30 days after the event date If the facility/property is left checklist clean, and there is no damage to the property and it’s assets (grass, shrubs, etc).
